AltostratusCustom monitor not available for node
Hi. I have a node to which I want to assign a custom monitor but the only monitors I seen when I choose node specific are the default system monitors. How can I add my custom monitor to this node which does not belong to any pool. the custom monitor is created in the common partition and I'm using ltm ve 11.3. Thanks.

I believe nodes can only have Simple monitors assigned to them.
You can monitor a node as part of an alias address and alias port in a custom monitor that you assign to a pool. Might that help?

I guess I will have to create a pool for this node to be able to make it use a custom monitor.
gsharriYou must define a port number in the monitor's alias service port field then you will be able to assign directly to a node.
