Custom Health monitor not showing up

I have made a custom HTTP health monitor and when I attempt to apply it to the node it does not appear in the list to select. Only the default monitors show up as an option to select except the default HTTP monitor. Has anyone run into this before?

    Node = IP

     

    Member = IP + Port

     

    You can't apply a HTTP monitor to a node, only to a member or pool.
