An iRule can help with this. I found some irule constructs from another article that should be able to be re-used with some additions (check the last two irule snippets ---> iRule for rate limiting. - DevCentral (f5.com)
If your looking to key off body request you can also leverage the HTTP_REQUEST_DATA (f5.com) & HTTP::payload (f5.com) within the snippets from the irule examples in the above article. Hope this helps
