CRM365 - Cookie Session Persistence

So I'm looking to deploy the current iApp for CRM365 and have been following the documentation listed below. All of which seems fine.

I've been asked by the application owner to make sure cookie session persistence is turned which I thought would be straight forward enough. The documentation on page 18 already states this is the preferred option for the CRM product. But I don't have the option to pick "Use Cookie Persistence" or even use an already defined one.

 

I must be missing something simple anyone come across this?
