Creating VIP for routing request to MQ Server

Hi,

 

We need to create VIP in F5 for routing request to MQ Server . Could you please let me know whether routing traffic for MQ is possible in F5.

    I don't see why not. At a minimum you'd need to create a virtual server (port 1414?) and a pool. I believe MQ communications are binary and there are no specific filters for that on the F5, so layer3/4 routing is perhaps as good as you can get.
