Creating a virtual server to luisten on multiple ports
HI Team,
My scenario is as follows:
VIPs needs to listen on TCP port 8080, 443, and 8443
A New pool for VIP:8080 is needed and shall have the following members: x.x.x.x:8443 y.y.y.y:8443
A New pool for VIP:443 and VIP:8443 are needed and shall have the following members: x.x.x.x:8443 y.y.y.y:8443
I was thinking to create an irule where a single Virtual server will be created and will listen to all 3 requests above on port 8080,443 and 8443.. Since the pool members are same for each virtual servers will any irule work? And which one will be the best approach to implement?i.e should we configure 3 different vs's or use an irule if possible instead? This will be used on a production environment....
If the irule work please share me the code...
Thanks in advance.. I am newbie on irule section and that is why looking for a help on same.
Have good day and looking for a kind and quick reply on this. Please mention in case any code version is mandatory needed in case irule works...

VIP's listen on a single port. You dont need an iRule for this. Configure three virtual's and then they can share the same pool as needed.
