Creating a Splash page

Hi there, I am wanting to configure\code up a splash page on a F5 for when no servers are availbale in a pool (for any new connection coming into that VIP), just specifically for a single VIP. Any ideas on whether or how this can be done?

    You could also configure a fallback host, which wouldn't require an iRule.
