Create a Large port pool NAT - LTM 11.5.1

I need help to open a NAT on an LTM F5. A single nat to include 10k ports or possibly more. I have an example below, the idea is that outside port 10001 would be translated to inside port 10001, out...

Yes I would always want the range of ports from 216.3.45.231 to map to the same range of ports on 192.168.12.8. Should this be done via the cli or gui?
