Crashing with IE and users in Japan
Hi All,
We have an app that we pump through APM that is heavy on JavaScript. The app only supports IE and users are working fine with it except for users in Japan. In Japan, if they go to the application directly outside of APM, they do not experience any kind of crash with IE. But through the APM (as a portal resource) IE literally complains... 'the website .com has stopped responding, restart?
Has anyone run across this issue? We've tried the usual cache clear, safe sites, browser reset and no luck!
Any help is appreciated.

To clarify "outside" you are referring to a user accessing the application by the back-end "Pool Member" IP?
Has the application always exhibited this behavior? -May I ask what application you are referring to?
Is the application stateful or stateless?

Have you tried troubleshooting by using Fiddler to give you a little more incite into the problem? Logs would be very helpful :)
What TMOS version are you running?
*Shot in the dark -- -Bug for TMOS 11.4.1, 11.4.0 - BIG-IP APM portal access may fail to process JAR files https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/k/35/sol35052215.html

We are currently on 11.5.4 HF2.
When I say outside APM I mean that we are accessing the resource through APM as a portal resource. Fiddler is a great idea! I think that its crashing on a javascript load but I havent been able to capture it with the IE dev tools. Fiddler is independent so that is perfect. I will report back soon.
Thanks Jon
