cpu utilization
we have big-ip 10250. To monitor the cpu usage we are using dash board. some times busiest cpu is showing around 80% whether it is o.k. and around 12 cores of cpu one core is almost 100% can we check which process is responsible for high core utilization. is it o.k. to have one core to have high % usage.

please try "top" command in bash and then press 1 "display statistics for all CPU cores individually" check for different CPU times., to see why one of CPU is on higher usage: reference link : sol16739: Understanding 'top' output on the BIG-IP system

Which code version are you using ?
Have you had the chance to look at SOL15003 ?
The even-numbered hyper-threads (0, 2, 4, etc.) are dedicated to TMM as a high-priority process to service data plane tasks. The odd-numbered hyper-threads (1, 3, 5, etc.) process control plane tasks at a normal priority level. However, if or when TMM reaches 80% utilization, the odd-numbered hyper-thread throttles control plane tasks so they can only use 20%, allowing TMM to use the remaining resource.
