CPU load when Prometheus is scraping metrics from F5 BIG-IP LTM

Are you familiar with F5 TMM hyperthreading? In F5’s architecture,

TMM instances such as icrd have fewer resources available. Because of

this fundamental design, the options are either to use a larger

appliance or to remove monitoring systems, such as SNMP, that

increase the utilization of other odd-numbered TMMs.
