hi,
I have uploaded image of my lab , i am unable to reach internet.
i can ping 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 as well but i am not able to ping 192.168.13.1 and 8.8.8.8
configurations:
[root@localhost:NO LICENSE:Standalone] config # tmsh list /sys management-route
sys management-route default {
gateway 192.168.13.1
network default
kindly help what to configure so that i can reach internet so that i can do licensing of f5 box.

In your topology I don't see where your management interface is connected, I'm only seeing the routed interfaces. Do you have the management interface configuration as well because most likely your management interface isn't sitting on the same subnet as your gateway.

I have configured management ip statically as 192.168.1.1 i.e going to web browser so that i can open page and login- Paulius
Your issue here is your gateway should be an interface in your 192.168.1.0/30 subnet that has routed access to 192.168.13.0/24. I can't really tell from the diagram but it doesn't appear that your management network has a routed path to the 192.168.13.0/24 subnet.
