Couldn't find service: icrd

Hi there,   I'm trying to get the iControl REST service up and running on our F5s.   I was running through the introduction article here: https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/introducing-a-restf...

i am unable to find the service on the box and i am running 12.1 version.
