Couldn't find service: icrd

Hi there,   I'm trying to get the iControl REST service up and running on our F5s.   I was running through the introduction article here: https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/introducing-a-restf...

Hello,

 

I am running 11.5.1 HF2, I don't see the service to start rest api - icrd.

    Did you complete the troubleshooting provided by others in this thread ? Can you provide the output of the troubleshooting ?
