Correct way to setup GTM for Split DNS

Hello, I have a GTM at one of our Datacenters that needs to be setup to answer internally and externally for a certain domain. I've setup an 'internal' and 'external' view but am not sure how to pull these together under either a single zone or 2 separate zones. Please point me in the right direction to move forward. Thank you.
