Your irule can't works as the inserted persistence cookie as "/" as path. I suggest to switch to Universal Persistence. More info here : https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/7000/300/sol7392.html
This article include an example to persist based on JSESSIONID. You can take this example to make it works with your SAP
