But every time users access one of the subdomains, they need to enter their credentials and do MFA again for enter into the other subdomains.

 

We want our users to login one's, and can be logged in all of the portals.

 

Can this could be done by setting the cookies sent by the F5 portal to ".abc.com" instead of specific domain like "r.abc.com"(subdomain).

 

If yes, please let me know how to do it also?

    With limited knowledge of your setup, I believe you should be able to simply modify your Access Profile to change the cookie configuration (should be something like Access Policy --> Access Profiles --> Access Profiles List --> your_profile --> SSO/Auth Domains).
