Convincing document on differencing between Big IP 3400 and 4000s

Why do you want them to migrate? Reasons to migrate to a new hardware platform are basically:

 

A) Current platform is no longer supported or will be going out of support within the next 12 months.

 

B) Current platform does not support a newer level of firmware/software the has a function, or functions, that your environment requires.

 

C) Your current platform does not provide the necessary performance or resources.

 

Upgrading just to upgrade does not accomplish anything.
