Convert SSL .cer extension to .crt extension

Hello All,   I got an ssl cert in .cer extension. But below doc says it needs to be in .crt extension.   How to convert .cer cert into .crt extension ?   https://support.f5.com/csp/art...

Have you tried simply renaming the file so that it ends with a .crt extension (instead of .cer?)
