Convert Radware Alteon filters to a F5 setup

I was converting our Radware load balancer to a F5 load balancer. I moved all the VIPs but it looks like i missed some "radware filters" which use port 51244 and i was wondering what i would on the F5 to replicate this feature from the Radware.
