I have an old Barracuda WAF and I want to migrate it to F5 ... Is there any converter/tool to help me doing so ?

I am not aware of any tools to automate this, no. F5 Professional Services may be able to help you out with this, though. You can contact them through your account team. Be aware that F5 is now offering ASM as a service through our Silverline offerings and this may be an option worth considering. Once again your account team can help you out with this.
