Does anyone know if hard connection limits on a server will take precedence over cookie based persistence? If a node is marked offline due to a connection limit and a user that was pinned to this node by cookie based persistence will the user be redirected to another nod or will they continue to be stuck to the node that is in a failed state? Is this determined by the action on service down setting at the pool level?

Persistence connections will trump all connection limits whether configured on the VS, node or pool level. There is a radio button under the persistence settings that will enable this action.
