Configuring wide Ip with multiple pool member with multiple service port will it work?

Our questions is:

2 services (80 & 435)are running for same domain (www.wip.example.com-10.10.10.10).While configure the pool under wide IP whether i have configure both pool member (10.10.10.10:80 & 10.10.10.10:435). Will service port involve in dns resolution?

If am not configure 10.10.10.10:435 pool member under the wide ip. will dns request get drop?
