We have a version 13 deployment guide for Oracle E-business Suite 12 here: https://f5.com/solutions/deployment-guides?tag=Oracle

 

If you require assistance configuring an earlier version you can try to adapt one of the older deployment guides, or you can contact professional services.

 

Recent versions of 11 (11.6.x) and versions 12 and 13 are reasonably close to one another, but you will need to have a good understanding of Oracle as well as the BigIP to be able to adapt the instructions in the deployment guides to the newer software.
