Configuring LDAP AAA Server

Hi everyone,

 

I am new to configuring a AAA Server on the F5 APM module. It seems pretty straightforward looking at the GUI. But everytime I go to the Groups tab and push the 'update'button, I get the 'Error, Unable to update groups' message.

 

 

Looking at the APM flog file it says: notice ldaputil[20740]: 01490000:5: AccessPolicyProcessor/MasterKeyMgr.cpp func: "resetMasterKey()" line: 142 Msg: new Master Key has been updated err ldaputil[20740]: 01490200:3: baseDN is empty

 

I followed https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/APM.QueryAdWithLdap.ashx but I can't seem to get it working.

 

Any idea what's going on? What am I missing?
