Hello,
I created a new superuser on my firepass for administrative tasks but he could connect to the User web portal too.
Hopefully the "admin" default user could not connect to this User web portal.
Please do you know a way to allow a superuser to be able to connect only to the Admin web portal like the "admin" one ?

Yes,
Take a look at the Security section labeled Administrative Realms. You can edit what the user has access to in that manner.

I read this part again and again and I have done few tests but the Administrator is still able to logon to the User web portal.
But may it is normal like, the userdatabase is the same for administrators and users ?

I think Alex wants to figure out a way to prevent the admin account from logging in as a user to the Firepass. I'm not sure why this would be a requirement as the admin can change his own access and/or impersonate another user anyhow.
