Configure HA using different network interface speeds
I want to know if two LTMs can share a Virtual SelfIP using different interface speeds.
I mean, one F5 has an interface at 10Gb and the other F5 has an interface at 1Gb. Both interfaces are in the same Vlan sharing a Virtual IP for HA porpuses.
is this a valid HA implementation?

Sort of... Would be my answer. Although in theory DSC enables the use of devices that are not identical, certain parts of BigIP HA mandate that each device are identical. e.g. Connection Mirroring etc...
That's not to say it won't work (It certainly should), but any strangeness in the system could result in support saying you need both systems to be identical... e.g. the system may not mirror connections/state.
