You can manage it both ways -
Having dedicated virtual server for each application/tab. This option will be easier to manage.
/or
Managing all the app/tabs on single virtual server but here you need to have proper SSL configuration, irules etc, as single virtual server is going manage all 4 URLs ( app + tabs ).
