Excellent, many thanks. I got it working exactly as needed as per below 


when HTTP_REQUEST { 
 if {[HTTP::method] equals "POST" and [HTTP::path] equals "/path/to/uri/location.aspx" } {
    ADAPT::enable true
 } else {
    ADAPT::enable false
 }
}
