configsync only?

Hi all,     got a pair of bigip on production site and a standalone bigip on backup site,   what is the best way maintain configsync between the pair and the standalone automaticly   ...

the standalone corresponds to the active machine - node1 in the pair,

 

is there a way to automate this config sync via management interface , as the interfaces of the standalone are administratively down as it is a copy of one the active member.
