config sync

If a pool member status is changed i.e. up/down or session enable/disable on an active LB, do I need to do "config sync all" or is there any subset of config which can used with "config sync" so that ...

Also in Ver11 its the same its not possible to pick up your desired part for sync it simply sync all....
