Comprehensive list of new Features in V10x

I'm trying to build a case on moving to v10 from 9.4.8.

 

 

I've found some good information highlighting certain new features in v10x, I'm having a hard time finding a comprehensive list.

 

 

Does one exist?

    The release notes are always a good place to start. Check the new and fixed in this version sections for 10.0, 10.1 and/or 10.2:
