- Tikka_Nagi_1315Historic F5 AccountHTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized is self explanatory. Do have an ASM policy applied to the virtual server? Are you seeing any errors in /var/log/ltm or /var/log/asm on BIGIP? Did this ever work? Or were there any changes introduced which caused the problem?

Also make sure you are running the newest version of the appropriate iApp. I know that the iRule in the iApp was modified several times to deal with issues like this.
