Client Authentication

Hi Guys,

 

Hope you can help me. Having problem with client authentication. I have already disabled the CLIENT AUTHENTICATION from SSL PROFILE but when user access the page, it still prompts the client cert thingy.

 

here are the things I have done so far. 1. disable client auth from SSL PROFILE - not working 2. created a new SSL Profile without client auth - not working

 

There are no other irules except for the http-to-https redirect configured on the VS.

    Try from a fresh browsing session with no cache. Any difference?

     

    If you suspect there's a F5 configuration problem, perhaps sharing TMSH outputs for VS and SSL profile would help us.
