clear local traffic logs

f5 BIG-IP LTM 10.2.4   Via the browser admin is it possible to clear the Local Traffic logs ?

I do not believe so, no. You could do it from the command line though. Here's one way to do it:

/etc/init.d/syslog-ng stop    
rm -f /var/log/ltm
/etc/init.d/syslog-ng start
