Citrix Xenapp Webtop - issue with upgrade v11.5.1 HF5 to HF6
Hi
we have v11.5.1 HF5 running 2 Citrix XenApp webtop deployments (each in its own administrative partition). Upgrade to v11.5.1 HF6 was unsuccessful because when we log on the APM, we haven't seen the Citrix resources anymore on the Webtop. Anyone made this experience?

Can you have a look in the log please ? LTM and APM ?
Please be aware there is a known issue on 11.5.1 HF6 for APM. See https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/800/sol15882.html
If you are planning to upgrade to BIG-IP APM 11.4.1 HF6 or 11.5.1 HF6 to mitigate this issue, please contact F5 Support for a special engineering hotfix for BIG-IP APM systems. For more information, refer to SOL15914: The tmm process may restart and produce a core file after BIG-IP APM systems are upgraded.

we have the HF6-EngHF43. After boot we see in APM logs such entries (multiple from them)

No worries, this is a cosmetics issue and will be solved in 11.6.
You issue is somewhere else. Open a support case in order to help you.

Hi Alex,
Have you made any progress in resolving this issue? I'm experiencing the same with 11.5.1.HF7. We publish OWA and Citrix on the Webtop and neither of these are presented to the user when they successfully log in.
The APM log shows the same error messages you are receiving.

Gilles,
I've successfully upgraded to HF7 today. No issue with Webtop resource not displaying. Extra steps I performed (suggested by support) was to force commit of the APM policies and force config reload on the standby device (as previous upgrade showed an issue only after performing failover).
