citrix receiver VDI & Java Support issue

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the citrix receiver. When VDI & Java Support is enabled on the virtual server the receiver gives the following error: Your apps are not available at this time.... When I disable VDI & Java Support the receiver works fine. Unfortunately the users who use a browser are having trouble because the traffic isn't proxied well. Does anybody knows what this function does and if I can enable it for the citrix receiver only by irule?

We're on 11.5.4
