AltostratusCitrix Receiver and down-level logon name
Hi, APM is not filling the session.logon.last.domain variable when try to logon on from Citrix Receiver app, when use down-level logon name format "domain\username". But, it's working in UPN format "username@domain". I could see in the ssldump packets that payload was correct sent "login=domain%5Cusername&passwd=password" but the APM session domain variable was empty.
Tested in 11.6+.
Any idea?

Try to use the option to split the username in the logon page setup.

On BIG-IP 11.x, if your user name contains the domain component
