Citrix iApp Citrix-vdi-v2.4.3 issue

Hello dears i SW version is 12.1.2 and i have this strange iApp issue while am configuring iApp it doesnt see the AD that i have already created so i configured iApp to create a new AD but when i press finish in the end it give me this error :-

Note that it is the official F5 iApp for citrix deployment and i have tested in 13.0.0 its working perfectly ... support told me that he tested in 12.1.2 and its working and he told me to remove HSL cuz it might be conflicting iApp but also i didnt work ... any ideas about what may causing the issue????
