CirrocumulusIf I was using the same pool (server farms) for both virtual servers then all I would have to do is enable cookie persistence on each virtual server (F5 cookie persistence is pool based) SOL6917: Overview of BIG-IP persistence cookie encoding.
If you are using different pools, then I would probably use SOL5837: Match Across options for session persistence
