Checking a word on webpage using health monitor

Custom Health Monitor..

 

Hello,

 

I need to build a custom http health monitor where in I can search for a word on a webpage and if that word is available, mark the server status as available. If not, then mark it down.

 

Kindly suggest how can this be done in a health monitor using send and receive strings.

    This is something a monitor based on the standard health monitor can do. Why do you think you need a customized one?

    GET /index.html HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: domain.com\r\nConnection: Close\r\n\r\n

    Use the word that you are looking for in the "Receive String" part of the HTTP monitor. Make sure that this string is unique and is served only when the server is functioning normally.
