Hi Jerry. Thanks for letting us know. You should see an update to the provider coming out this week that corrects a setup issue we've found that is similar to your experience. If we can ask you to wait a couple days we'll post an update for you to try. Also, can you verify which version of BIG-IP you're running against? Is it v10.x or v11.x Thanks. James
