Changing Health Monitors

    Lets say I have a server with a current health monitor which reports the server as being up. If I want to swap this health monitor with a new one, once I add it in and hit update, will ...

The new monitor will actually be in "Unknown" state until it succeeds or fails. LTM will attempt to send traffic to nodes in an Unknown state, so the net effect is that yes, the server should continue to receive traffic unless the new monitor fails (which will take 16 seconds at the default timeout setting).
