Changed records using iControl gets corrupt

That's very difficult to help out without knowing what methods you called and how you called them. If you could give some more specifics such as the dev language you are using along with a code sample with some details of what that parameters are to the methods, we can try to reproduce any issue you might have. Again, the more detail you give, the better. The iControl API uses the same underlying configuration libraries as the admin GUI so theoretically they should be the same. Give me some details and I'll see if I can reproduce the problem.
