Change Self-IP

I cannot change one of my self-ip's die to the fact that there are several pools attached to this self-ip. What is the best way to change it without deleting half my pools? Can I download the confi...

Assuming you're not changing the subnet, you could very simply edit the bigip_base.conf in place (vi) and then issue a reload:

tmsh load sys config

But make sure you make a copy of this file first before editing, in case you make errors.
