change password if expired - OWA

Hello,

 

i have OWA through APM Module and i have a problem to change password if expired ,

 

i get this error : "The domain password change operation failed. Please try again"

 

someone know how to resolve this issue ?

    Hi oronguy, does the new password fit the password requirements of your domain? Are you allowed to change it at this time? What about the old password, is that entered correctly?

     

    If all of these are true, I would set the APM logs to debug and watch /var/log/apm while you attempt to change the password for clues about why it's failing. Which version of BIG-IP are you running?
