CGN Module - SNMP stats of block allocation in percentage format

Hello devs!

Our client asked for an OID that would get him a percentage of the current usage of the allocated PBA blocks for a specific LSN Pool. I downloaded the MIB from v14 and did not find anything like that. The closest I got was how many active block are in use (OID --> .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.2.14.6.3.1.24).

I think this is really useful information and our client states that this is a common feature on other plataforms.
