lets try that again. This works now:

  set card_indices [regexp -all -inline -indices {(?:30[0-5]\d{11})|(?:3[6|8]\d{12})|(?:3[4|7]\d{13})|(?:4\d{12})|(?:4\d{15})|(?:5[1-5]\d{14})|(?:6011\d{12})} [HTTP::payload]]

Ill update the wiki sample with the bigger regex..
