Captive portal and non HTTP Virtual Server

I have a question for a specific need.

 

I have a proxy and I want to stop it to redirect all the users on a new proxy. So, the idea is, to prevent the users, I want to intercept all the traffic for this proxy with the F5 and put a message box which will say that this proxy will be stop.

 

My problem : the actual proxy listen on the port 3128. And a message box need a VS listen on the port 80 or 443.

 

I try to do this : a VS on the port 3128 which redirect to a VS on the port 443. But the message box doesn't appear when I test to use this VS as a proxy.

 

I continue to test but I ask if there is someone who have an idea or who had the same situation.
