it really depends on where the issue come from. what key metric on the big-ip do you have ?
you can for sure add another blade this will give you more cpu power and memory for on going connections.

Thanks Arnaud for the reply. Is it possible to have just ASM on different blade of same Chassis. or it doesn't matter, if new blade is inserted cpu and memory will boost with LTM, ASM and APM on both the blades??

The only way to have a module dedicated on a blade is To use vcmp but then you loose some horsepower from vcmp overhead.
So yes to respond to your question you just need extra blade thus you will have more CPU and memory globally.

A Viprion is a cluster. When you insert a second blade into the chassis, the primary blade will sync its configuration to the added blade automatically, doubling the performance and capacity of everything you had before.
F5 issued the end-of-sale notification of the B2100 model a few days ago: SOL15615: End of Sale notification for BIG-IP 5xx0/7xx0/10xx0 and VIPRION B2100 HDD models. You might want to take this into consideration if you are currently using this model.
